This Brand’s in All of Our Hands

At its heart, branding is about consistency. When camping guests arrive at a KOA campground, they expect the same level of service and fun they received at their last KOA stop. Campers have that expectation because they saw our familiar KOA logo at our front entrance. They noticed our distinct Camping or Deluxe Cabins. And they spotted the yellow shirts on our staff.

All these “brand impressions” conveyed a message to that camper: “Relax! You’re in familiar — and fun — territory.”

As a KOA owner or manager, you’re a steward of the KOA brand — on the campground and through the marketing materials you create. It’s up to you to ensure that the KOA brand is protected and used consistently in all applications.
